It is <em>le seul, l&#8217;unique<\/em>\u00a0(the one and\u00a0only) <strong>Victor Hugo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Though mostly\u00a0acclaimed outside of\u00a0France\u00a0for his <em>roman <\/em>(novel) <em>&#8220;<strong>Les Mis\u00e9rables<\/strong>&#8221; <\/em>and its celebrated\u00a0<em>h\u00e9ro<\/em> <strong>Jean Valjean<\/strong>,\u00a0Victor Hugo remains nevertheless\u00a0as one of the most distinguished French poets of all times, his works capturing <em>d&#8217;une fa\u00e7on unique<\/em> (in a unique fashion) the\u00a0\u00a0&#8220;<em>zeitgeist<\/em>&#8220;, <em>l&#8217;esprit du temps <\/em>(the spirit of the era)<em>\u00a0<\/em>of the France in which he lived.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WcPAnUw8xvk\">http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WcPAnUw8xvk<\/a><\/em><br \/>\nAmong his major poetic <em>oeuvres <\/em>(works)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>stands &#8220;<strong><em>Demain, d\u00e8s l&#8217;aube<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; (&#8220;Tomorrow,\u00a0starting at\u00a0dawn&#8221;), a short yet powerful\u00a0product of literature\u00a0dedicated to his daughter <strong>L\u00e9opoldine<\/strong>,\u00a0whose loss in a tragic boat accident\u00a0was the source of immense\u00a0<em>tristesse <\/em>(grief)\u00a0throughout Hugo&#8217;s life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 480px; height: 1275px;\" border=\"0\" width=\"480\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"3\" align=\"left\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"left\" valign=\"top\" width=\"50%\"><em><strong>Demain, d\u00e8s l&#8217;aube, \u00e0 l&#8217;heure o\u00f9 blanchit la campagne,<br \/>\nJe partirai.
