After learning about beds au magasin<\/strong><\/a>, I didn\u2019t buy one right away. Instead, I ordered mon nouveau lit<\/strong> (my new bed) and other furniture I needed for le nouvel apartment<\/strong> (the new aparment) online.<\/p>\n

A trip to l\u2019\u00e9pic\u00e9rie<\/strong><\/a> (the grocery store) or le magasin de bricolage<\/strong><\/a> (the hardware store) always ends in a good vocabulary lesson, but sometimes I need to be more practical about my shopping.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t have une voiture<\/strong><\/a> (a car) and it would be impractical to take un lit<\/strong> on le m\u00e9tro<\/strong> or le bus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

That’s why when it came time to buy les meubles<\/strong> (furniture) for le nouvel apartment<\/strong><\/a> (the new apartment), I decided to do my shopping en ligne<\/strong><\/a> (online). La livraison<\/strong> (the delivery) is easy and I can take more time to look through all the options.<\/p>\n

Navigating through un site web<\/a> fran\u00e7ais<\/strong> can be a challenge too if you\u2019re unfamiliar with le vocabulaire <\/strong>(the vocabulary). Cependant<\/strong> (however), outside of les mots inconnus<\/strong> (the unknown words), the general design of les sites web<\/strong> is the same of those in English, which makes everything easier if you have ever bought something online.<\/p>\n

Il suffit de<\/strong> (all you need to do is) add what you want to le panier<\/strong> (the shopping cart). If you make une faute<\/strong><\/a> (a mistake) it’s easy to cliquer<\/strong> (click) on the icon for le panier<\/strong> and supprimer<\/strong> (delete) anything you do not want.<\/p>\n

Once you have everything you want in le panier<\/strong>, il suffit de<\/strong> pay for everything. Le paiment<\/strong> (paying) is generally easy to do. After you’ve put in the information for votre carte bleue<\/strong> (your credit card), your order is ready!<\/p>\n

You can double check votre commande<\/strong> (your order) before making le paiement<\/strong> to see exactly how much everything will cost, including la livraison<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Et voil\u00e0 ! Un seul clic<\/strong> (one click) and it\u2019s done!<\/p>\n

After that il suffit de<\/strong> wait for la commande<\/strong> to arrive at your adresse<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n
