See here for more on colors. Note all the other options are presented in their plural form since &#8211; generally &#8211; eyes and hair come in pairs (or more!). If you happen to know or meet someone with two different colored eyes (like famously David Bowie) you would drop the &#8216;s&#8217; and say &#8216;il a un \u0153il vert et un \u0153il bleu&#8217; (he Here&#8217;s one more useful word I might have included in previous posts about how to describe people: <em>mignon\/mignonne (<\/em>and <em>mignons\/mignonnes &#8230; <\/em>since like any adjective it must agree &#8211; in general &#8211; in gender and number with the noun it modifies!). <em>&#8216;Mignon&#8217;<\/em> (and all the variations) means &#8216;<em>cute, adorable, charming&#8217;. <\/em>It is found in <em>filet mignon<\/em> (which literally means &#8216;<em>little\/cute filet&#8217;<\/em>) &#8230; and it is also the origin of the English word &#8216;<em>minion&#8217; <\/em>as in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minionsmovie.com\/minions.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.minionsmovie.com\/minions.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>* From the verb \u2018<em>tondre\u2019<\/em> which means \u2018<em>to shear\u2019 <\/em>or \u2018<em>to shave all the hair off of\u2019<\/em> vs. \u2018<em>raser\u2019<\/em> \/ \u2018<em>to shave\u2019 <\/em>as you might a face, or legs, etc.<br \/>\n** \u2018<em>compter pour des prunes\u2019 <\/em>is a French expression that means \u2018<em>to be of little worth\u2019<\/em> (lit. \u2018<em>to count for plums\u2019<\/em>). <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/french\/salade-de-mots\/\">See this previous post<\/a> for more on plums and other fruits . . . and the reason why plums are of so little esteem!<br \/>\n*** Venetian (or Titian) blond is a shade of auburn or strawberry blond hair.<br \/>\n**** This word can mean &#8216;<em>naughty&#8217;<\/em>, &#8216;<em>bad&#8217;<\/em> but also &#8216;<em>ugly&#8217;<\/em> . . . as in \u00ab<em>\u00a0t\u2019es vieux chaussures sont plut\u00f4t vilaines<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (<em>your old shoes are pretty
