It’s octobre <\/strong>(October)<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>and that means\u00a0l’automne<\/strong> (fall)<\/em>, but it also means all the kids are (for the most part) settled back in school. School is where we learn some of life’s most important lessons comme le fran\u00e7ais<\/strong> (like French) <\/em>and, for some, it’s where they first learn about l’amour<\/strong> (love).<\/em><\/p>\n

This week’s song pour les filles<\/strong> (for the girls) <\/em>is from French singer Ana\u00efs<\/a>. Her largely self-produced first album sold over 500,000 copies in 2005. Since then she’s released four more albums, a series of hit singles, and fun videos like the one below.<\/p>\n
