What would you do with <em>a Christmas mouth?!!), <\/em>but to be eaten with your <strong>bouche<\/strong> (<em>mouth), <\/em><strong>la b\u00fbche de No\u00ebl <\/strong>is the traditional dessert served at the end of the French Christmas dinner. Josh shared a great overview\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/french\/what-better-dessert-for-christmas-than-a-log\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a> a few years back. And this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/sortir-paris\/2018\/12\/20\/30004-20181220ARTFIG00031-les-5-buches-de-noel-2018-a-paris.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">article from Le Figaro on line<\/a> highlights <strong>cinq<\/strong> (<em>five) <\/em>unique <strong>b\u00fbches <\/strong>that you can enjoy if you happen to find yourself in Paris this Christmas. I especially like the looks of the &#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/i.f1g.fr\/media\/figaro\/300x200\/2018\/12\/20\/XVM1fc19ca4-03b8-11e9-8c1f-c646e1e6011e-300x200.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sid\u00e9ral<\/a>*<\/strong>&#8221; &#8220;<strong>surmont\u00e9e d&#8217;une fus\u00e9e, d&#8217;une \u00e9toile filante et d&#8217;une plan\u00e8te<\/strong> &#8230; and <strong>exp\u00e9diable par la Poste!<\/strong> &#8230; But probably not to the US \ud83d\ude41 &#8230; (<em>topped with a rocket, a shooting star and a planet &#8230; and deliverable by post).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les cr\u00e8ches de No\u00ebl<\/strong> \/ <em>Christmas nativities<\/em><\/p>\n<p>What would Christmas be without the sight of a manager. The most famous French manger scenes feature <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/french\/provincial-nativity-characters-les-santons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">les santons<\/a>. <\/strong>Today <strong>les cr\u00e8ches <\/strong>come in many different shapes and sizes and you can see some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/sortir-paris\/2018\/12\/20\/30004-20181220ARTFIG00041-connaissez-vous-les-creches-de-noel-a-paris.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">truly amazing ones in Paris<\/a>. According to the article, the most amazing is found at <a href=\"https:\/\/i.f1g.fr\/media\/figaro\/1500x\/2018\/12\/20\/XVMbbf4990a-02eb-11e9-803b-97a5a4d4b99f-340x453.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Saint-S\u00e9verin in the <strong>Ve <\/strong><\/a>(<em>the fifth arrondissement). <\/em><strong>&#8220;L&#8217;or et la lumi\u00e8re, la blancheur de la porcelaine et le bois sont des symboles que l&#8217;on retrouve &#8230;<\/strong>&#8221; (<em>Gold and light, the white of the porcelain and the wood are symbols that one discovers<\/em> &#8230;). <strong>Pour ma part <\/strong>(<em>For me<\/em>), I prefer the featured <a href=\"https:\/\/i.f1g.fr\/media\/figaro\/680x382_crop\/2018\/12\/20\/XVM2ede85a0-02e9-11e9-803b-97a5a4d4b99f-805x453.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cr\u00e8che <\/strong>at Saint Andr\u00e9 de l&#8217;Europe (VIIIe) by Isabeau d&#8217;Abzac.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Et vous?
