Like English, French has multiple words for remembering. For the most part, they mean the same thing, and while they do have a grammatical difference, it\u2019s a difference that seems to be less and less observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

se\u00a0<\/strong>rappeler<\/b><\/a><\/td>\nto recall<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

un souvenir<\/strong><\/td>\na memory<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

That differences? It\u2019s that little de<\/strong> \u2026 Correct usage includes it with se souvenir de<\/em> but not with se\u00a0<\/em>rappeler<\/i>\u00a0\u2026 though in actual use you are seeing more and more examples of se rappeler de<\/em> \u2026 just remember that it is technically wrong!<\/p>\n
