Well, actually, cookies in French are never for eating!<\/p>\n<p>Cookies are an internet tracking tool that many sites use to keep track of their visitors\u2019 activities on their site (and elsewhere on the web). Like many sites, <strong><em>actu.fr<\/em><\/strong> uses <strong>les cookies <\/strong>to <b>\u201cpersonnaliser les contenus et les publicit\u00e9s\u201d<\/b> (<em>personalize (site) content and ads<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>And while this site says that \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Le respect de votre vie priv\u00e9e est notre priorit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb (<em>Respect for your privacy is our priority), <\/em>as everywhere today, internet cookies are something you have to deal with if you want to use the internet.<\/p>\n<p>To accept the use of cookies on a site, you simply click on the \u201c<strong>J\u2019accepte<\/strong>\u201d button (<em>I accept<\/em> or <em>I agree<\/em>). If you decide later that you want to change your settings \u201c<b>Vous pouvez change d\u2019avis et modifier vos choix \u00e0 tout moment<\/b>\u201d (<em>You can change your mind and update your choices at any time<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>A la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie<\/strong> \/ <em>At the bakery<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/french\/food-shopping\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recently discussed<\/a>, the\u00a0<strong>boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie<\/strong> is where you go when you want to buy <strong>du pain ou des p\u00e2tisseries<\/strong> (<em>bread or pastries). <\/em>And while you won&#8217;t find cookies there (<strong>on ach\u00e8te les biscuits \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9picerie<\/strong> \/ <em>generally one buys cookies at the market<\/em>), some things you will find include:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\"><strong>Fran\u00e7ais<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"312\"><em>English<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\"><b>Un g\u00e2teau \/ Des\u00a0g\u00e2teaux<\/b><\/td>\n<td width=\"312\"><em>A cake \/ cakes<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\"><strong>Un tarte \/ Des tartes<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"312\"><em>A pie \/ pies<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\"><strong>Le pain au chocolat<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"312\"><em>Chocolate croissant<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\"><strong>Les bonbons<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"312\"><em>Candy\/sweets (et oui!
