It literally means <em>It is not sad<\/em> or <em>That\u2019s not sad<\/em> but it is used to express something more like <em>to a great degree.<\/em><br \/>\n**** <em>Faut<\/em> (from the verb <em>falloir)<\/em> here is short for <em>Il faut<\/em>, another very useful expression that means <em>To have to <\/em>or <em>must.<\/em> It expresses an obligation.<\/p>\n<p>Le Tour de France<\/p>\n<p>We haven&#8217;t talked about it, but the Tour is underway in France. This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francetvinfo.fr\/sports\/tour-de-france\/tour-de-france-une-19e-etape-de-montagne-qui-restera-dans-les-annales_3553029.html#xtor=EPR-744-[newsletterjt]-20190726-[sujet1]\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">news clip<\/a> from the <strong>19e \u00e9tape\u00a0<\/strong>(<em>19th stage)<\/em> caught my attention though. It&#8217;s a great example of why some are saying we shouldn&#8217;t be talking about Global Warming &#8230; but Global Weirding! This is indeed some weird weather.
