Hast du Zeit? \u2013 Do you have time?<\/p>\n<p>2. Hast du Hunger. \u2013 Are you hungry? (lit. Do you have hunger?)<\/p>\n<p>3. Hast du eine Schwester? \u2013 Do you have a sister?<\/p>\n<p>4. Haben sie einen Sohn? \u2013 Do you have a son?<\/p>\n<p>5. Haben Sie Kinder? \u2013 Do you have children?<\/p>\n<p>6. Hast du einen Stift? \u2013 Do you have a pen?<\/p>\n<p>The correct German responses would be:<\/p>\n<p>1. Nein, ich habe keine Zeit. \u2013 No, I have no time. \/ No, I don\u2019t have time.<\/p>\n<p>2. Nein, ich habe keinen Hunger. \u2013 No, I am not hungry. (lit. No, I have no hunger.)<\/p>\n<p>3. Nein, Ich habe keine Schwester. \u2013 No, I have no sister. \/ No, I don\u2019t have a sister.<\/p>\n<p>4. Nein, ich habe keinen Sohn. \u2013 No, I have no son. \/ No, I don\u2019t have a son.<\/p>\n<p>5. Nein, ich habe keine Kinder. \u2013 No, I have no children. \/ No, I don\u2019t have children.<\/p>\n<p>6. (lit. She eats no apples.)<\/p>\n<p>Er trinkt Kaffee. \u2013 He drinks coffee.<\/p>\n<p>Er trink keinen Kaffee. \u2013 He doesn\u2019t drink coffee. (lit. He drinks no coffee.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>With indefinite articles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sie isst einen Apfel. \u2013 She is eating an apple.<\/p>\n<p>Sie isst keinen Apfel. \u2013 She isn\u2019t eating an apple. (lit. She is eating no apple.)<\/p>\n<p>Er trinkt eine Tasse Kaffee. \u2013 He is drinking a cup of coffee.<\/p>\n<p>Er trink keine Tasse Kaffee. \u2013 He isn\u2019t drinking a cup of coffee. (lit.
