Vocabulary for Mother\u2019s Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In Germany the second Sunday of May is <strong>Mutter Tag<\/strong> (Mother\u2019s day). The only exception is when the second Sunday falls on a public holiday \u201c<strong>Pfingstsonntag\u201d<\/strong> in which Mother\u2019s Day is then changed to the first Sunday of May. This year it\u2019s on the 10<sup>th<\/sup> of May, which is today! This basically means \u201cI love you\u201d, but it is used more for families and close friends, rather than in a romantic way.
