Below I listed 3 things that Germans do on a Sunday and that you can do too, with posts that can help you with it! Of course, you can also just read and learn from these posts on a Sunday ;-). Going for a coffee with friends or family is a great idea on a Sunday! Most people have time, and it is a nice time to get together and have a “recap” of what they did in their lives. With this post, you will definitely know how to order and what the different coffee varieties mean in Germany!<\/p>\n

Another wonderful plan is to visit a\u00a0Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeit\u00a0<\/em>(sight, tourist attraction) – if the weather allows it, of course!<\/p>\n

There are many great places to visit in Germany, like\u00a0Schloss Neuschwanstein<\/em>, the capital Berlin with the\u00a0Fernsehturm<\/em>, the\u00a0Brandenburger Tor<\/em>, and many, many other sights, like L\u00fcbeck.<\/p>\n

If you want to stay home, maybe the next tip is a better idea…<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Sich Einen Film Ansehen<\/em><\/a><\/h2>\n

Watching a movie is fun! An all-time German classic is\u00a0Lola Rennt. Above is the trailer. Other good movies\u00a0are\u00a0Good-bye Lenin<\/a><\/em>,\u00a0Die Welle<\/a><\/em>, or\u00a0Das Boot<\/a><\/em>. A recent and controversial movie is\u00a0Er Ist Wieder Da<\/a><\/em> (Look Who’s Back).<\/a><\/p>\n

ImDB has a good list <\/a>of German movies, of which I can recommend Das Leben der Anderen (The Live Of Others)<\/a>. I myself recommend you to watch German movies in German, and movies from other countries\u00a0not\u00a0<\/em>in German. I am personally not a fan of dubbing.<\/a><\/p>\n
