The libraries are usually municipal and anyone can get a card after filling in an application form and showing an ID. Usually, this is a free process. Readers have also access to University Libraries or to libraries of private institutions, such as the Thervantes of the French Institution, after paying for a subscription.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">In this post, there are three dialogues that might be helpful to a librarian.
