A verb belongs to the category of the second conjugation when the stress of the verbs is at the last syllable in the first person of the present tense.<\/p>\n

Ex.<\/p>\n

Agapo(\u03b1\u03b3\u03b1\u03c0\u03ce= to love), peeno(\u03a0\u03b5\u03b9\u03bd\u03ce=to be hungry), Zeeto(Z\u03b7\u03c4\u03ce=to ask), mporo(\u039c\u03c0\u03bf\u03c1\u03ce=I can).<\/p>\n

In simple future the characteristic letter before the ending is the same as in the simple past. So you can have a look at the post with the simple past 2nd<\/sup> Conjugation to help yourself.<\/p>\n

Group 1.<\/p>\n

Verbs like:<\/p>\n

Present: \u03b6\u03c9 (I live), Past: \u03ad\u03b6\u03b7\u03c3<\/strong>\u03b1 (I lived), Future: \u03b8\u03b1 \u03b6\u03ae\u03c3<\/strong>\u03c9 (I will live).<\/p>\n

For verbs like \u03c0\u03b5\u03b9\u03bd\u03ce(I am hungry), \u03be\u03b5\u03c7\u03bd\u03ce, \u03c0\u03b5\u03c1\u03bd\u03ce (I pass), \u03b3\u03b5\u03c1\u03bd\u03ce (I age) when we form the future tense we just remove the \u201c\u03bd\u201d,just like in the simple past.<\/p>\n
