When it comes to moving, I don&#8217;t like it, but it has to be done sometimes. Personally, I would rather live in the <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"pahr-VAHR - suburb\">\u05e4\u05b7\u05bc\u05e8\u05b0\u05d5\u05b8\u05e8<\/span> of a <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"eer - city\">\u05e2\u05b4\u05d9\u05e8 <\/span>. It&#8217;s not as stressful as living in the <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"eer - city\">\u05e2\u05b4\u05d9\u05e8<\/span> itself, and some <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"pahr-vahr-OHT - suburbs\">\u05e4\u05b7\u05bc\u05e8\u05b0\u05d5\u05b8\u05e8\u05d5\u05b9\u05ea<\/span> can be pretty <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"shah-KEYT - quiet\">\u05e9\u05b8\u05c1\u05e7\u05b5\u05d8<\/span> and <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"no-KHA\/no-AKH - cozy\">\u05e0\u05d5\u05b9\u05d7\u05b7 <\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So I&#8217;m looking for an <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"dee-RAH - apartment\">\u05d3\u05b4\u05bc\u05d9\u05e8\u05b8\u05d4<\/span> to <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"shah-KHAR - rent\">\u05e9\u05b8\u05c2\u05db\u05b7\u05e8<\/span>. I would like a three room <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"apartment\">\u05d3\u05b4\u05bc\u05d9\u05e8\u05b8\u05d4 <\/span> (<em>I&#8217;ll explain more below<\/em>) just outside <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"neh-TAHN-ya - Netanya\">\u05e0\u05b0\u05ea\u05b7\u05e0\u05b0\u05d9\u05b8\u05d4<\/span>. Some things I need to keep in mind when looking are:<\/p>\n<p>Which <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"sh'khoo-NAH - neighborhood\">\u05e9\u05b0\u05c1\u05db\u05d5\u05bc\u05e0\u05b8\u05d4<\/span> do I want to live in?<\/p>\n<p>Do I need to sign a <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"khoh-ZEH s'khee-ROOT - rental contract\">\u05d7\u05d5\u05b9\u05d6\u05b6\u05d4 \u05e9\u05db\u05b4\u05d9\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05ea<\/span>?<\/p>\n<p>Do I need to provide a <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"pee-kah-DOHN - deposit\">\u05e4\u05b4\u05bc\u05e7\u05b8\u05bc\u05d3\u05d5\u05b9\u05df<\/span>?<\/p>\n<p>Will I have a <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"meh-KOHM khah-nah-YAH - parking spot\">\u05de\u05b8\u05e7\u05d5\u05b9\u05dd \u05d7\u05b2\u05e0\u05b8\u05d9\u05b8\u05d4<\/span>?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Of course, you don&#8217;t have to be moving to know about these things. If you are already living in an <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"dee-RAH - apartment\">\u05d3\u05b4\u05bc\u05d9\u05e8\u05b8\u05d4<\/span>, or renting a <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"beit - house\">\u05d1\u05b7\u05bc\u05d9\u05b4\u05ea<\/span>, how many <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"koh-MOHT - floors\">\u05e7\u05d5\u05b9\u05de\u05d5\u05b9\u05ea<\/span> does it have? Is there an <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"mah-'ah-LEET - elevator\">\u05de\u05b7\u05e2\u05b2\u05dc\u05b4\u05d9\u05ea<\/span> in the <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"been-YAHN - building\">\u05d1\u05b4\u05bc\u05e0\u05b0\u05d9\u05b8\u05df<\/span>? How much is the <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"s'khar hah-dee-RAH - rent\">\u05e9\u05b0\u05db\u05b8\u05bc\u05e8 \u05d4\u05b7\u05d3\u05b4\u05bc\u05d9\u05e8\u05b8\u05d4<\/span> or <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"mahsh-kahn-TAH - mortgage\">\u05de\u05b7\u05e9\u05b0\u05c1\u05db\u05b7\u05bc\u05e0\u05b0\u05ea\u05b8\u05bc\u05d0<\/span>?<\/p>\n<h3>In the home<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once I&#8217;m settled in, I want to spruce it up a little. I go and buy a few <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"shtee-KHEEM - rugs\">\u05e9\u05b0\u05c1\u05d8\u05b4\u05d9\u05d7\u05b4\u05d9\u05dd<\/span> to cover the floor, maybe a <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"tsah-MAKH - plant\">\u05e6\u05b8\u05de\u05b7\u05d7<\/span> or two (or three). Of course, some <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"teh-moon-OHT - pictures\">\u05ea\u05b0\u05bc\u05de\u05d5\u05bc\u05e0\u05d5\u05b9\u05ea<\/span> on the <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"kee=ROHT - walls\">\u05e7\u05b4\u05d9\u05e8\u05d5\u05b9\u05ea<\/span> so they won&#8217;t look so bare. The <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"rah-hee-TEEM - furniture\">\u05e8\u05b8\u05d4\u05b4\u05d9\u05d8\u05b4\u05d9\u05dd<\/span> looks good. There is no <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"moo-SAKH - garage\">\u05de\u05d5\u05bc\u05e1\u05b8\u05da\u05b0<\/span>, but it does have a <span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 21px; font-family: times new roman;\" title=\"meh-KOHM khah-nah-YAH - parking spot\">\u05de\u05b8\u05e7\u05d5\u05b9\u05dd \u05d7\u05b2\u05e0\u05b8\u05d9\u05b8\u05d4<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Now I can put away my things and rest up a little before exploring the city.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>How many floors?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the United States, what is called the first floor, is known as the &#8220;ground floor&#8221; in Israel. And the American second floor is the first floor in Israel.
