Hopefully, many of you now can read and understand some Hindi and just waiting for some challenging material for your Hindi learning. So, here it comes!

Below, you will find a unseen passage in Hindi. For making your comprehension little easier, I have provided the vocabulary from the given text.

प्राचीन काल में ही भारतीय नारी पराश्रित रही हैं। वह बचपन में पिता के आश्रय में थी। विवाह हुआ तो पति की आश्रित रही तथा बुड़ापे में पुत्र की आश्रित बनी। उसकी स्थिति हर रूप से पराधीन रही हैं। उसकी इस दिन-हीन दशा का कारण घर की संपति पर उसका अधिकार ना होना था धन पुरुष कमाता था, अत: उस पर अधिकार भी पुरुष का ही था। आधुनिक काल में नारी की स्थिति में परिवर्तन हुआ। नारी घर से बाहर निकली। आज वह सभी क्षेत्रों में नौकरी कर रही है। अपने परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति को मजबूत बना रही है। इससे नारी को कुछ स्वतत्रंता तो मिली है परन्तु उसकी स्थिति और भी दयनीय हो गयी। अब उसके घर और बाहर दोनों जगह काम करना पड़ता है। जो नारियाँ दोनों जिम्मेदारियों को ठीक से नहीं निभा पति, उनके घरों में रात-दिन कलह रहता है।

    Hey , this passage is not at all good becoz you mentioned that when women go to work then she will do both house and office work but this is wrong becoz when women and men both work then it’s not only women but also men responsibility to take care of their house . At last I would like to say that education is compulsory becoz when men is educated only he is educated but when women is educated whole family is educated.
