Many of you might have a confusion on how the noun changes from singular to plural in Hindi. The understanding of grammatical number is important to understand the meaning of whole sentence, let me show you how you can determine or change the number from singular to plural.<\/p>\n

In Hindi, there are two kind of grammatical numbers:<\/p>\n

1. \u090f\u0915\u0935\u091a\u0928 (Ek Vachan) (Singular Number)<\/strong>
\nThe word through which we get to know that the quantity is one i.e. \u0932\u0924\u093e (Creeper), \u092c\u091a\u094d\u091a\u093e (Child), \u0915\u0941\u0924\u094d\u0924\u093e (Dog), \u0915\u092e\u0930\u093e (Room) etc.<\/p>\n

2. \u092c\u0939\u0941\u0935\u091a\u0928 (Bahu Vachan) (Plural Number)<\/strong>
\nThe word through which we get to know that the quantity of something is more than one i.e. \u0932\u0924\u093e\u090f\u0901 (Creepers), \u092c\u091a\u094d\u091a\u0947 (Children), \u0915\u0941\u0924\u094d\u0924\u0947 (Dogs) , \u0915\u092e\u0930\u0947 (Rooms)\u00a0 etc.<\/p>\n
