R\u0101ma is considered one of the incarnations of Vishnu (<strong>\u0935\u093f\u0937\u094d\u0923\u0941<\/strong>), the chief god of gods. In some places, R\u0101ma is celebrated with his wife S\u012bt\u0101 (<strong>\u0938\u0940\u0924\u093e<\/strong>), his brother Lakshmana (<strong>\u0932\u0915\u094d\u0937\u094d\u092e\u0923<\/strong>), and an ardent devotee of R\u0101ma named Hanum\u0101n (<strong>\u0939\u0928\u0941\u092e\u093e\u0928\u094d<\/strong>).
