These are mainly used for comparison of one noun to another.<\/p>\n<p>As they are important in Hindi, let&#8217;s take the topic of superlative adjectives in detail. Hence, this post will focus on how to convert an adjective to its superlative form in Hindi.<\/p>\n<p>In Hindi, the superlative adjectives can be made easily. Most of the superlative adjectives can be made by using two rules. However, which rule will apply to which noun, should be known. This is only possible by learning the respective noun by heart.<\/p>\n<p>The two ways to make the superlative adjectives are:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Adding &#8220;\u0924\u092e&#8221; to the adjective<\/h3>\n<p>Some of the adjectives require that you add &#8220;\u0924\u092e&#8221; (Tam)\u00a0as suffix to the adjective to convert it to superlative. Notice the conversion in the following examples,<\/p>\n<h3>a. \u0924\u0940\u0935\u094d\u0930 (Tivr &#8211; Fast) -&gt; \u0924\u0940\u0935\u094d\u0930\u0924\u092e (Tivrtam &#8211; fastest)<br \/>\nb. \u092e\u0927\u0941\u0930 (Madhur &#8211; Sweet) -&gt; \u092e\u0927\u0941\u0930\u0924\u092e (Madhurtam &#8211; Sweetest)<br \/>\nc. \u0938\u0941\u0928\u094d\u0926\u0930 (Sundar &#8211; Beautiful) -&gt; \u0938\u0941\u0928\u094d\u0926\u0930\u0924\u092e (Sundartam &#8211; Most beautiful)<br \/>\nd. \u0928\u093f\u092e\u094d\u0928 (Nimna &#8211; Low) -&gt; \u0928\u093f\u092e\u094d\u0928\u0924\u092e (Nimnatam &#8211; Lowest)<br \/>\ne. \u0909\u091a\u094d\u091a (Ucch &#8211; High) -&gt; \u0909\u091a\u094d\u091a\u0924\u092e (Ucchtam &#8211; Highest)<br \/>\nf. \u0905\u0927\u093f\u0915 (Adhik &#8211; More) -&gt; \u0905\u0927\u093f\u0915\u0924\u092e (Adhiktam &#8211; Most)<br \/>\ng. \u0932\u0918\u0941 (Laghu &#8211; Small) -&gt; \u0932\u0918\u0941\u0924\u092e (Laghutam &#8211; Smallest)<\/h3>\n<h3>2. Adding &#8220;\u0938\u092c\u0938\u0947&#8221; to the adjective.<\/h3>\n<p>Some of the adjectives require that you must add &#8220;\u0938\u092c\u0938\u0947&#8221; (Sabse &#8211; from all) before the adjective to convert it to superlative.
