Have you ever heard of Golden Triangle of India? If not, let me tell you what it is.<\/p>\n

Golden triangle of India is a tourist circuit which consists of the most famous Indian cities. This triangle consists of three important cities of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. The triangle is known for its easy accessibility through rail, road and air. Many tourist agencies offer a tourist package to discover the charms of each city on this circuit. Indian government, too, has provided special as well as luxury trains to and between these cities. It is also known for some of the most famous tourist attractions in India i.e. historical\u00a0monuments\u00a0 cultural festivals, etc. Demographically, the golden triangle covers from the northern and western India. The approximate length from one city to another is approx. 200-250 km.<\/p>\n

Let me show you the cities and famous tourist attraction for the respective cities in this triangle.<\/p>\n

1. <\/strong>\u0926\u093f\u0932\u094d\u0932\u0940<\/strong>\u00a0 – \u00a0Delhi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Delhi is the northern state of India whose capital, New Delhi (\u0928\u0908 \u0926\u093f\u0932\u094d\u0932\u0940 – Nai Dilli), is also the capital of India. For many tourists, it is the first city with which they start their journey of India. Many tourists are sometime confused with New Delhi and Delhi. The state of Delhi is broadly divided into two parts. The first part is called New Delhi which is a well planned city and seat of Indian government avenues. This part has some historical monuments such as Qutab Minar<\/em>, Purana Kila<\/em> and Emblem of Askoka<\/em> which is over 2000 year old, and some modern architecture such as Lotus temple<\/em> etc. The second part is known as Old Delhi (\u092a\u0941\u0930\u093e\u0928\u0940 \u0926\u093f\u0932\u094d\u0932\u0940 – Purani Dilli) which is characterized by its bustling city life and old architecture of Mughal dynasty\u00a0such as Lal Kila, Jama Masjid<\/em> etc. It is also famous for whole sell markets like Khari Baoli,\u00a0Chandani Chowk, Dhariyaganj, Nai Sadak<\/em> etc.<\/p>\n

2. <\/strong>\u0906\u0917\u0930\u093e <\/strong>\u00a0– Agra<\/strong><\/p>\n

For many tourists, Agra is the first city which they think of visiting when visiting India. This is because the best monument of India is located in the city of Agra. Yes, I am talking about\u00a0Taj Mahal<\/em> (\u0924\u093e\u091c \u092e\u0939\u0932) which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World.\u00a0In fact, many tourists travels to India just because of Taj Mahal<\/em>. \u00a0Its beauty and\u00a0intricate\u00a0craftsmanship of white marble\u00a0is\u00a0indescribable.\u00a0There are some other monuments which are worth to visit which are Agra Fort,\u00a0Fatehpur Sikri, Sikandra, etc. The city is also famous for its cuisine and warm hospitality.<\/p>\n

3. <\/strong>\u091c\u092f\u092a\u0941\u0930 \u00a0– \u00a0Jaipur<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan, the western state of India. This is also known as Pink City as many monuments are made of red-stones giving it pink color . The city not only offers\u00a0magnificent\u00a0old forts and royal palaces but also a very lively old cultural city. Many cultural festivals like folk music, arts etc are organized for the tourists\u00a0round the year. It also offers a\u00a0completely\u00a0different culture and cuisine to those who has already seen the other cities in the golden triangle.
