Pronoun in Hindi is called \u0938\u0930\u094d\u0935\u0928\u093e\u092e\u00a0(Sarvanaam<\/em>). Pronouns are important as they indicate the subject and object of the sentences.<\/p>\n

Hindi Pronouns\u00a0are of 6 types. Those who are new learners or those who would like to revise all 6 types of compounds may refer to the following link:\u00a0https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/hindi\/hindi-pronouns-2\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Pronouns are in bold in all three forms (Hindi, Romanized Hindi and English translations). Lets have a quick glimpse of Hindi pronouns with some examples.<\/p>\n

First of all, let’s me show you the pronouns for<\/p>\n

1. First person\u00a0like \u092e\u0948\u0902 (main<\/em> – I), \u00a0\u0939\u092e (hum<\/em> – we) \u0964
\n1. Second\u00a0person\u00a0like\u00a0\u0924\u0942 (tu<\/em> – you (informal), \u0924\u0941\u092e (tum<\/em> – informal, familiar), \u0906\u092a (aap<\/em> – formal)\u0964
\n1. Third\u00a0person\u00a0like \u0935\u0939 (vah<\/em> – he\/she\/it), \u00a0\u0935\u0947 (veh<\/em> – they)\u0964<\/p>\n

Now, let’s have a look of each type of pronoun with a example. The pronouns are in bold.<\/p>\n

1. \u092a\u0941\u0938\u094d\u0930\u094d\u0937\u0935\u093e\u091a\u0915 \u0938\u0930\u094d\u0935\u0928\u093e\u092e <\/strong><\/strong>(Purushvaachak Sarvanaam<\/em> –\u00a0Personal pronoun):<\/p>\n

\u0924\u0941\u092e<\/strong>\u00a0\u0915\u094d\u092f\u094b\u0902 \u0928\u0939\u0940\u0902 \u0906\u090f \u0925\u0947\u0902? (Tum<\/strong> kyun nahi aaye the?<\/em> – Why did not you<\/strong> come?)<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong>\u00a0\u0928\u093f\u0937\u094d\u091a\u092f\u0935\u093e\u091a\u0915 \u0938\u0930\u094d\u0935\u0928\u093e\u092e <\/strong>(Nishchyavaachak Sarvanaam<\/em> – Demonstrative Pronoun)<\/p>\n
