Out of this fairs, there is a handicraft fair which is called Surajkund Mela (\u0938\u0942\u0930\u091c\u0915\u0941\u0902\u0921 \u092e\u0947\u0932\u093e) worth mentioning. This fair is organized every year in the month of February. It is organized in Surajkund town in Faridabad city which is located in the outskirts (\u0909\u092a\u0928\u0917\u0930 &#8211; Upnagar) of New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The fair showcases some of the best crafts in wood, metal, bamboo, iron, glass, textiles and stone\u00a0from almost every corner of India. Many craftsmen (\u0936\u093f\u0932\u094d\u092a\u0940 &#8211; Shilpi) from nearby countries also participate in this fair. The unique feature of this fair is, each year the fair is organized (\u0938\u0902\u092f\u094b\u091c\u093f\u0924 &#8211; Sanyojit) with a theme based on a state of India. The venue is decorated (\u0938\u091c\u094d\u091c\u093f\u0924 &#8211; Sajjit) with specific colors, materials, architecture, furniture and decorations so as to give its visitor ambiance (\u092a\u0930\u093f\u0935\u0947\u0936 &#8211; Parivesh) of that state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Wl_p-tqYDyM\">http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Wl_p-tqYDyM<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Another feature of this fair is its cultural programs such as traditional folk dance and music performances from Indian and international artists. The fair also features a food festival which present some of the popular cuisines from different (\u0935\u093f\u092d\u093f\u0928\u094d\u0928 &#8211; Vibhinn) parts of the country.
