In Hindi language, we combine and create new words quite often. In Hindi, Joining (\u0938\u0902\u0927\u093f) or combination are of 3 major types. When a word is formed by a combination of two consonant or a consonant and a vowel then this combination or joining is called \u0935\u094d\u092f\u0902\u091c\u0928 \u0938\u0902\u0927\u093f<\/strong> (Vyanjan Sandhi \u2013 Consonants Joining) in Hindi.<\/p>\n

Examples: Note carefully, how the two Hindi consonants or vowels are combining to form new word.<\/p>\n

1. \u0924\u094d (t) + \u0908 (i) = \u0926\u0940 (di)
\n\u091c\u0917\u0924\u094d (Jagat – Word) + \u0908\u0936 (Ish – Master) = \u091c\u0917\u0926\u0940\u0936 (Jagdish – God)<\/p>\n

\n\u0938\u092e\u094d (Sam – Equal) + \u092e\u0924\u093f (Mati – Mind)= \u0938\u092e\u094d\u092e\u0924\u093f (Sammati – Agreement)<\/p>\n

\n\u0938\u092e\u094d (Sam – Equal) + \u092e\u093e\u0928 (Maan – Honor) = \u0938\u092e\u094d\u092e\u093e\u0928 (Sammaan – Respect)<\/p>\n
