The root of base verb changes to form a new root. This derived verb is called \u0935\u094d\u092f\u0941\u0924\u094d\u092a\u0928\u094d\u0928 \u0927\u093e\u0924\u0941 (Vyautpann Dhaatu &#8211; Derivative Root) in Hindi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In this post, let&#8217;s take few more derivative roots and derived verbs. And remember that the verbs in Hindi have &#8216;\u0928\u093e&#8217; ending, the part before the ending are main or base root of the verb. Previous posts on the derivative root is available <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/hindi\/derivative-roots-in-hindi-i\/\">here<\/a> and examples are available <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/hindi\/examples-of-derivative-roots-in-hindi-i\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;ll be clear from the examples below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u0909\u095c\u0928\u093e (Udnaa &#8211; to fly)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u0909\u095c<\/strong> &#8211; &gt; <strong>\u0909\u095c\u093e<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u0909\u095c\u093e\u0928\u093e (Udaana- to fly something or someone)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u0909\u095c<\/strong> &#8211;<strong> &gt; \u0909\u095c\u0935\u093e<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u0909\u095c\u0935\u093e\u0928\u093e (Udvaana &#8211; to make someone fly something or someone by someone (third person))<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u0930\u094b\u0928\u093e (Rona &#8211; to cry)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0930\u094b<\/strong> &#8211; &gt; <strong>\u0930\u0941\u0932\u093e<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u0930\u0941\u0932\u093e\u0928\u093e (Rulana &#8211; to make someone cry)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0930\u094b<\/strong> &#8211; &gt; <strong>\u0930\u0941\u0932\u0935\u093e<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u0930\u0941\u0932\u0935\u093e\u0928\u093e (Rulvaana &#8211; to make someone cry by third person)<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. \u0915\u091f\u0928\u093e (Katna &#8211; to cut self)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0915\u091f<\/strong> &#8211; &gt; <strong>\u0915\u093e\u091f<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u0915\u093e\u091f\u0928\u093e (Kaatna &#8211; to cut someone or something)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0915\u091f <\/strong>&#8211; &gt; <strong>\u0915\u091f\u0935\u093e<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u0915\u091f\u0935\u093e\u0928\u093e (Katvaana &#8211; to make someone cut someone or something)<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. \u0916\u0941\u0932\u0928\u093e (Khulna &#8211; to open self)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0916\u0941\u0932 <\/strong>&#8211; &gt; <strong>\u0916\u094b\u0932<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u0916\u094b\u0932\u0928\u093e (Kholna &#8211; to open something)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0916\u0941\u0932<\/strong> &#8211; &gt; <strong>\u0916\u0941\u0932\u0935\u093e<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u0916\u0941\u0932\u0935\u093e\u0928\u093e (Khulvaana &#8211; to make someone open something)<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. \u092e\u0930\u0928\u093e (Marna &#8211; to die)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u092e\u0930<\/strong> &#8211; &gt; <strong>\u092e\u093e\u0930<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u092e\u093e\u0930\u0928\u093e (Maarna &#8211; to kill or beat someone or something)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u092e\u0930<\/strong> &#8211; &gt; <strong>\u092e\u0930\u0935\u093e<\/strong> results in formation of verb \u092e\u0930\u0935\u093e\u0928\u093e (Marvaana &#8211; to make someone kill or beat someone)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In previous posts, we have discussed some verbs which were derived from other verbs.
