The goddess K\u0101m\u0101khy\u0101 is depicted as a young woman, with twelve arms and six heads (pictured below). Around this time of the year, devotees flock to the K\u0101m\u0101khy\u0101 temple in Guwahati city, India. Devotees place a red cloth on a yoni (<strong>\u092f\u094b\u0928\u093f<\/strong>). A yoni is a stone symbolic of the female genitalia. For three days the temple is closed to visitors.
