The festival is set to happen August 19<sup>th<\/sup>, of this year. The Lord Krishna is set in a swing made of plated gold and rocked back and forth by his devotees. The swing is swung back and forth with a string. By swinging the deity back and forth, devotees are able to show their devotion to the Lord.
