Through his novels he tried to describe the Indian society of his time from rural prospective. His work revolve around the issues of communism, corruption, poverty, colonialism etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>His famous works include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Novels (\u0909\u092a\u0928\u094d\u092f\u093e\u0938) : Gaban, Seva Sadan, Godaan, Karmabhoomi, Kaayakalp, Manorama, Mangalsootra incomplete, Nirmala, Pratigya, Premashram, Rangbhoomi, Vardaan, Prema.<br \/>\nShort- Story (\u0915\u0939\u093e\u0928\u0940 \u0938\u0902\u0917\u094d\u0930\u0939) : Panch Parameshvar, Idgah, Mantra, Nashaa, Shatranj ke khiladi, Poos ki raat, Atmaram to name a few.<br \/>\nPlay(\u0928\u093e\u091f\u0915): Karbala<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hazari Prasad Dwivedi (\u0939\u091c\u093e\u0930\u0940 \u092a\u094d\u0930\u0938\u093e\u0926 \u0926\u094d\u0935\u093f\u0935\u0947\u0926\u0940) (1907\u20131979)<\/strong> was a great Hindi novelist, literary historian, essayist, critic and scholar. He wrote several novels, essays and write up on growth of Hindi literature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He was awarded Padma Bhushan, a third highest civilian honor for his contribution to Hindi literature, and he also awarded Sahitya Akademi Award in Hindi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>His famous works include<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Nakhoon Kyon Barhte Hain&#8221;,&#8221;Kutaj&#8221;, &#8216;Alok Parva&#8217;, &#8220;Ashok ke phool&#8221;, &#8220;Banbhatta Ki Atmakatha&#8221;, &#8220;Anamdas Ka Potha&#8221;, &#8220;Punarnava&#8221;, and &#8220;Charuchandra Lekh&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Suryakant Tripathi &#8216;Nirala&#8217; (\u0938\u0942\u0930\u094d\u092f\u0915\u093e\u0902\u0924 \u0924\u094d\u0930\u093f\u092a\u093e\u0920\u0940 &#8216;\u0928\u093f\u0930\u093e\u0932\u093e&#8217;) (1896\u2013 1961)<\/strong> was one of the most famous figures of the<br \/>\nmodern Hindi literature. He remained unrecognized during his lifetime. He wrote poems, novels, essays and story-stories.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">His writing style was much different than\u00a0 the other writers of his time. Much of his work remained<br \/>\nunpublished due to its this unconventional nature of his work.He raised various issues which were reflected in his work that includes nationalism, mysticism, and love for nature and progressive humanist ideals in his works.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>His famous works include:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Novels (\u0909\u092a\u0928\u094d\u092f\u093e\u0938) : Apsara (\u0905\u092a\u0938\u0930\u093e), Alka (\u0905\u0932\u0915\u093e), Prabhavati (\u092a\u094d\u0930\u092d\u093e\u0935\u0924\u0940), Nirupama (\u0928\u093f\u0930\u0941\u092a\u092e\u093e), Chameli (\u091a\u092e\u0947\u0932\u0940), Choti ki Pakar (\u091a\u094b\u091f\u0940 \u0915\u0940 \u092a\u0915\u0921\u093c), Uchchhrankhalta (\u0909\u091a\u094d\u091a\u093e\u0930\u0923\u0916\u0932\u094d\u0924\u093e), Kale Karname (\u0915\u093e\u0932\u0947 \u0915\u093e\u0930\u0928\u093e\u092e\u0947\u0902), Parimal (\u092a\u0930\u093f\u092e\u0932) and Anaamika (\u0905\u0928\u093e\u092e\u093f\u0915\u093e).<br \/>\nStory-collections (\u0915\u0939\u093e\u0928\u0940 \u0938\u0902\u0917\u094d\u0930\u0939): Chhaturi Chamar (\u091a\u0924\u0941\u0930\u0940 \u091a\u092e\u093e\u0930), Sukul ki Biwi (\u0938\u0941\u0915\u0941\u0932 \u0915\u0940 \u092c\u0940\u0935\u0940), Sakhi (\u0938\u0916\u0940), Lily (\u0932\u093f\u0932\u0940), Devi (\u0926\u0947\u0935\u0940).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Om Prakash Sharma (\u0913\u092e \u092a\u094d\u0930\u0915\u093e\u0936 \u0936\u0930\u094d\u092e\u093e ) (1924\u2013 1998)<\/strong> was a notable writer of detective novels in Hindi of the twentieth century. He wrote more than 450 Hindi detective novels and some poems. He also wrote against social oppression.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">His detective novels were great amalgamation of script of actual incident and his incredible imagination on other hand, that use to create a curiosity and suspense in mind of the reader.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Some of his famous works include<\/strong>:<br \/>\nSanjh Ka Sooraj, Nili Ghodi ka Sawar, Pishach Sundari, Phir Aaya Toofan, Doosra Taj Mahal, Apne Desh ka Ajnabi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>\nVishnu Prabhakar (\u0935\u093f\u0937\u094d\u200d\u0923\u0941 \u092a\u094d\u0930\u092d\u093e\u0915\u0930) (1912 \u2013 2009)<\/strong> was a very versatile Hindi writer. He wrote several short stories, novels, plays and travelogues. His works are of patriotism, nationalism and messages of social upliftment and a reflection of modern Indian society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>His famous works include:<\/strong><br \/>\nNovels : Dhalti Raat, Nishikant, Tat Ke Bandhan, Swapnmayi, Darpan Ka Vyakti, Parchhai, Koi To,<br \/>\nArdhnarishwar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>\nBharatendu Harishchandra (\u092d\u093e\u0930\u0924\u0947\u0928\u094d\u0926\u0941 \u0939\u0930\u093f\u0936\u094d\u091a\u0928\u094d\u0926\u094d\u0930) (1850\u2013 1885)<\/strong> is known as the father of modern Hindi literature and considered one of the great Hindi writers of modern India.
