Shops very frequently go out of business in the downtown area, based on my observations it&#8217;s probably from bad business\/marketing management and not from rent costs (although those are quite high in the in-demand areas).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i958.photobucket.com\/albums\/ae69\/JuicyPuffin\/Living%20in%20Iceland\/781a3fe9.jpg\" aria-label=\"781a3fe9\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"height: 400px\"  alt=\"\" \/ src=\"http:\/\/i958.photobucket.com\/albums\/ae69\/JuicyPuffin\/Living%20in%20Iceland\/781a3fe9.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i958.photobucket.com\/albums\/ae69\/JuicyPuffin\/Living%20in%20Iceland\/e9bd6718.jpg\" aria-label=\"E9bd6718\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"height: 400px\"  alt=\"\" \/ src=\"http:\/\/i958.photobucket.com\/albums\/ae69\/JuicyPuffin\/Living%20in%20Iceland\/e9bd6718.jpg\"><\/a><br \/>\nThey always put up signs for planned construction projects.
