Geralmente formamos os adv\u00e9rbios em ingl\u00eas ao acrescentar o sufixo -ly. Por\u00e9m, h\u00e1 alguns adjetivos que n\u00e3o usam tal termina\u00e7\u00e3o para formar o adv\u00e9rbio e permanecem da mesma forma.<\/p>\n

FAST<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love fast <\/strong>cars.<\/em> (Adoro carros velozes.)
\nShe drives fast<\/strong>.<\/em> (Ela dirige r\u00e1pido.)<\/p>\n

RIGHT<\/strong>
\nIs this the right <\/strong>way to do it?<\/em> (Esta \u00e9 a maneira correta de faz\u00ea-lo?)
\nYou have to do this right<\/strong>!<\/em> (Voc\u00ea tem de fazer isso corretamente!)<\/p>\n

HIGH<\/strong>
\nThat mountain is high<\/strong>. <\/em>(Aquela montanha \u00e9 alta.)
\nThe airplane is flying high<\/strong>.<\/em> (O avi\u00e3o est\u00e1 voando alto.)<\/p>\n

LATE<\/strong>
\nWere there any late <\/strong>students today? <\/em>(Houve muitos alunos atrasados hoje?)

LOUD<\/strong>

CLOSE<\/strong>

Com a exce\u00e7\u00e3o de fast<\/em>, esses adjetivos admitem o sufixo -ly com certa altera\u00e7\u00e3o no sentido.<\/p>\n
