\nthese <\/strong>–> those, the<\/em>
\nhere <\/strong>–> there<\/em>
\nnow <\/strong>–> then, at that moment<\/em>
\nago <\/strong>–> before<\/em>
\ntoday (tonight)<\/strong> –> that day (that night)<\/em>
\ntomorrow <\/strong>–> the following day<\/em>
\nyesterday <\/strong>–> the previous day, the day before<\/em>
\nnext week<\/strong> –> the following week<\/em>
\nlast month <\/strong>–> the previous month, the month before<\/em><\/p>\n

Examples:<\/p>\n

Susan said to David, “We’ll meet here <\/strong>again next week<\/strong>“.
\nSusan told David (that) they would meet there <\/strong>again the following week.<\/strong>
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

They said, “This <\/strong>exercise can be done tonight<\/strong>“.
\nThey said (that) that <\/strong>exercise could be done that nigh<\/strong>t.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Someone said, “I’m surprised that it’s raining so hard here now<\/strong>.
\nSomeone said (that) he\/she was surprised that it was raining so hard there at the moment<\/strong>.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Jason called me to say, “I sent you an e-mail yesterday <\/strong>but you haven’t replied”.
\nJason called me to say that he had sent me an e-mail the day before (the previous day)<\/strong> and I hadn’t replied.<\/em><\/p>\n
