For indica a dura\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o e since mostra quando a atividade come\u00e7ou.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos fazer um exerc\u00edcio: vou dar uma frase na forma afirmativa e voc\u00ea tem de me dar a forma da pergunta.
