For indica a dura\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o e since mostra quando a atividade come\u00e7ou.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos fazer um exerc\u00edcio: vou dar uma frase na forma afirmativa e voc\u00ea tem de me dar a forma da pergunta. Por exemplo, eu digo: <em>I\u2019ve been sick since Tuesday.<\/em> (Estou doente desde ter\u00e7a-feira.). Sua pergunta deve ser <em>How long have you been sick?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Shall we start?<\/em> Darei a frase e logo depois darei a resposta, ok?<\/p>\n<p><em>1. I\u2019ve been sick for three days. How long have you been sick?<br \/>\n2. She\u2019s been here for half an hour. How long has she been here?<br \/>\n3. I\u2019ve smoked cigars for 10 years. How long have you smoked cigars?<br \/>\n4. He\u2019s been in the hospital for almost a month. How long has he been in the hospital?<br \/>\n5. He\u2019s been absent from class since Monday.
