Quiz – Le risposte! Posted by on Oct 31, 2020 in Uncategorized

Ciao a tutti! A little update before we see the answers from last weeks quiz…

You may have seen that the number of COVID-19 cases are again rising in Italy, as well as most of Europe. To combat this in Italy, gyms, movie theaters, and concert halls are now closed, and bars and restaurants must close by 6 pm. There have been manifestazioni (protests) and some civil unrest after the restrictions were announced.

The mayor of Florence, Dario Nardella, wrote this on his Facebook “Ci hanno fatto vivere una notte surreale, terribile e dolorosa a Firenze. Non è così che si manifestano le proprie ragioni, non è così che si dà voce alla sofferenza. È solo violenza fine a se stessa, gratuita. Chi sfregia Firenze deve pagare per quello che ha fatto”.
