Per\u00f2 la lascio riposare per almeno un paio di settimane prima di mangiarla, perch\u00e9 la marmellata d\u2019uva ci mette un po\u2019 di tempo ad addensarsi. Pi\u00f9 resta l\u00ec e pi\u00f9 diventa dura. Per\u00f2 si mantiene bene a lungo, anche dopo due anni \u00e8 ancora ottima\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nSerena: \u201cYes, I pour it into clean jars as usual. But I leave it to settle for at least a couple of weeks before eating it, because grape jam takes some time to set. The longer you leave it the harder it becomes.
