Well, the verb <strong>scopare<\/strong> (to sweep) is one of the many Italian euphemisms for fuck.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large\"><u>trombare<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/italian\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/12\/jupolw.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10599\" aria-label=\"Jupolw\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10599\"  alt=\"jupolw\" width=\"540\" height=\"299\" \/ src=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/italian\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/12\/jupolw.jpg\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/italian\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/12\/jupolw.jpg 650w, https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/italian\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/12\/jupolw-350x194.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0Yep &#8230; <strong>trombare<\/strong> (&#8216;to trumpet&#8217;) is another euphemism for fuck!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Two other common euphemisms for fuck are: <span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>chiavare<\/strong><\/span>, literally &#8216;to use the key&#8217; and <span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>fottere<\/strong><\/span>, to plant<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large\"><u>segare<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Then we have <strong>segare<\/strong> (literally: to saw) which is used for male masturbation, hence <strong><span style=\"color: #800080\">farsi una sega<\/span><\/strong> <em>(literally: to give oneself a saw)<\/em> means to masturbate one self.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large\"><u>fica\/figa<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Particularly dangerous for the unwary foreigner are Italian euphemisms for cunt:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10600\" style=\"width: 390px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone post-item__attachment\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/italian\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/12\/differenze-tra-uomo-e-donna.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10600\" aria-label=\"Differenze Tra Uomo E Donna\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10600\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10600\"  alt=\"Hmmm ... 1 meter 88, 26 years old, entrepreneur, 90-100 million a year. Hmmm &#8230; 2 tits 1 cunt<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p><em><strong>N.B.<\/strong> <strong>fico<\/strong> (masculine) is fig, <strong>fica<\/strong> (feminine) is cunt (also spelt <strong>figa<\/strong>). Pay particular attention here because normally tree are masculine and fruits feminine, e.g. <strong>melo<\/strong> = apple tree, <strong>mela<\/strong> = apple. Logically, therefore, <strong>fica<\/strong> should be the fruit of the <strong>fico<\/strong>, but in this case both the tree and the fruit are <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">fico<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Two other common Italian words for vagina are: <strong>farfallina<\/strong> (literally: little butterfly) and <strong>patatina<\/strong> (literally: little potato)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large\"><u>uccello<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Euphemisms for prick\/dick abound in Italy, <span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>cazzo<\/strong> <\/span>probably being the most common &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/italian\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/12\/Mariel-Clayton-Barbies-001.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10607\" aria-label=\"Mariel Clayton Barbies 001\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10607\"  alt=\"Mariel-Clayton-Barbies-001\" width=\"540\" height=\"410\" \/ src=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/italian\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/12\/Mariel-Clayton-Barbies-001.jpg\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/italian\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/12\/Mariel-Clayton-Barbies-001.jpg 640w, https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/italian\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/12\/Mariel-Clayton-Barbies-001-350x266.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8230; but we also have: <span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>uccello<\/strong> <\/span>(literally: bird) and <span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>pisello<\/strong> <\/span>(literally: pea)<\/p>\n<p><strong>La verginit\u00e0 \u00e8 come una mollica di pane, passa l&#8217;uccello e se la porta via!<\/strong><br \/>\nVirginity is like a bread crumb, the bird passes and takes it away!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una volta Dio mi disse: &#8220;Figliolo, puoi scegliere se avere un pisello enorme o una buona memoria&#8221;, solo che non mi ricordo pi\u00f9 cosa ho risposto!<\/strong><br \/>\nGod once told me &#8220;My son, you can choose whether to have an enormous penis or a good memory&#8221;, it&#8217;s just that I can&#8217;t remember what my answer was!<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Have any of you had any embarrassing moments with Italian sexual euphemisms?
