Well, there are two ways in which you can do this: 1. catch a ride on a machine that travels through time <em>alla<\/em> H.G. Check it out, then allow yourself to wander through those ancient street and dream of times long passed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Il sito <\/b><span style=\"color: #333399\"><a style=\"color: #333399\" href=\"http:\/\/mashable.com\/2016\/04\/29\/rome-photochrom\/#VytJQ.J5gkqo\" target=\"_blank\"><em><b>Mashable<\/b><\/em><\/a><\/span><b> ha messo insieme delle vecchie cartoline di Roma che si possono trovare sul sito della Library of Congress, la biblioteca del Congresso americano di Washington, che \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 grande del mondo e ha digitalizzato buona parte del suo materiale, a disposizione di tutti.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The website <span style=\"color: #333399\"><strong><a style=\"color: #333399\" href=\"http:\/\/mashable.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Mashable<\/em><\/a> <\/strong><\/span>has put together some old postcards of Rome that can be found on the Library of Congress website. Il processo \u2013 che\u00a0fu inventato nel 1880 da Hans Jakob Schmid, un impiegato dell\u2019azienda di stampe svizzera Orell Gessner F\u00fcssli \u2013 \u00e8 abbastanza complesso, ma il risultato \u00e8 molto\u00a0realistico: ci sono belle foto di tutte le cose da turisti che si possono vedere a Roma, dal Colosseo a Piazza Navona, la Basilica di San Paolo e la Fontana di Trevi.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The postcards are from around 1890 and were developed with the <strong><span style=\"color: #333399\"><a style=\"color: #333399\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Photochrom\" target=\"_blank\">photochrom<\/a><\/span><\/strong> technique, the first method that allowed colour images to be obtained from a black and white negative.
