Today we&#8217;re going to look at the very similar verb <strong>accorgersi<\/strong> (to notice\/to become aware)<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"left\">Let&#8217;s begin with the two main tenses: <strong>presente<\/strong> and <strong>passato prossimo<\/strong>. Although you will hear <strong>accorgersi<\/strong> used in the present tense, especially in formal written Italian,\u00a0in every day conversation you are more likely to use it in the past tense.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Presente:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"left\"><strong>mi <\/strong><strong>accorgo<\/strong> (I notice\/become aware)<br \/>\n<strong>ti <\/strong><strong>accorgi<\/strong> (<i>singular, informal:<\/i> you notice\/become aware)<br \/>\n<strong>si <\/strong><strong>accorge<\/strong> ( <i>formal:<\/i> you notice\/become aware;
