His name derives from the Italian word camioncino (little truck\/lorry), a reference to the trash\/rubbish truck which he spends his days following as an <strong>&#8216;operatore ecologico&#8217;<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, how did a <strong>spazzino<\/strong> (the common name for a street cleaner) come to be a youtube star? Here&#8217;s an excerpt from an article in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailynews24.it\/esclusiva-ciamioncinomi-ispiro-a-michael-jackson-a-breve-uscira-una-nuova-canzone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong>DailyNews24<\/strong><\/span><\/a> in which Ciamioncino recounts his story:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Il fenomeno Ciamioncino \u00e8 iniziato per scherzo, un giorno ero veramente \u201cEstanco dietro al ciamioncino\u201d, cos\u00ec ho tirato fuori il cellulare e ho fatto un video da mandare a mia mamma per farla ridere, poi l\u2019ho mandato ai miei amici e da l\u00ec ha iniziato a girare fino ad arrivare su facebook. Inizialmente non mi ha fatto piacere vedere la mia faccia sbattuta cos\u00ec su internet ma poi ho visto che ho fatto ridere tante persone e ho deciso di fare altri video fino a quando mi hanno contattato i ragazzi di High Life Music per iniziare un progetto come cantante vero e proprio e cos\u00ec \u00e8 stato, abbiamo registrato alcune canzoni e alcuni video.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ciamioncino phenomenon\u00a0 began as a joke, one day I was really \u201cEstanco dietro al ciamioncino\u201d (<strong>stanco dietro il camioncino<\/strong>) tired behind the trash truck, so I got my cell phone out and made a video to send to my mother to make her laugh, then I sent it to my friends and from there it began to go around until it ended up on facebook. At the beginning I didn&#8217;t like seeing my face shoved on the internet like that, but then I saw that I&#8217;d made a lot of people laugh and I decided to make other videos until the lads from High Life Music contacted me to begin a project as a real singer, and that&#8217;s how it went, we recorded some songs and videos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here&#8217;s my favourite Ciamioncino song. I love the simple veracity of the lyrics. The song is fairly straightforward, so I haven&#8217;t translated it into Italian apart from the bits where Ciamioncino has used his own particular pronunciations or made deliberate errors.
