How would you describe someone’s character? Vocabulary lists are useful, but in everyday conversation you need to be able to come up with the appropriate vocabulary on the fly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here’s an exercise that puts you in that situation. You’re chatting with an Italian friend (in Italian obviously!) who’s asking you about other people. See if you can fill in the missing adjectives in the Italian sentences below. friend: What do you think of Claudio, he seems a very uncommunicative type, and perhaps a bit sad?

\nyou: When you don’t know him, yes it’s true, but he’s actually very funny. He comes out with some great jokes!
