It&#8217;s a very simple recipe that one of my favorite Italians taught me: pasta with tomato and basil.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Per iniziare bisogna mettere a bollire una pentola d\u2019acqua (circa 2\/3 litri) e lasciare che raggiunga la temperatura di 100\u00b0 C (212\u00a0\u00b0F). Per risparmiare tempo potete coprirlo con un coperchio. E questo \u00e8 un altro segreto della pasta: per tradizione va mangiata al dente.<\/p>\n<p><i>Check the time of cooking written on the packaging and throw in the pasta: I prefer \u201cal dente\u201d, that is not too cooked.
