E cosa c\u2019\u00e8 di meglio che cucinare una pizza al forno direttamente nelle nostre case?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Among these is certainly cooking. And what can be better than cooking a pizza in the oven directly in our homes?<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Non nego che spesso mangio pizza al ristorante, e a volte compro anche quella surgelata, ma farla con le proprie mani ha tutto un\u2019altra sapore, e soprattutto mi riempie di soddisfazione.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t deny that I often eat pizza in a restaurant, and at times I even buy frozen pizza, but making it with your hands has a completely different flavor, and above all it fills me with satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una curiosit\u00e0: tutti voi forse saprete che la pizza \u00e8 stata inventata in Italia, precisamente a Napoli. Ma sapete in quale occasione precisa?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Out of curiosity: all of you may know that pizza was invented in Italy, in Naples precisely. But do you know for what specific occasion?<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Anche se ci sono diverse versioni sulla nascita di questa pietanza conosciuta in tutto il mondo, la pi\u00f9 accreditata narra che un cuoco di nome Raffaele Esposito prepar\u00f2 una pizza condita con mozzarella, pomodori, e basilico in onore della regina d\u2019Italia Margherita di Savoia.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Although there are different versions as to the birth of this dish known all over the world, the most accredited narrates that a chef named <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Raffaele Esposito prepared a pizza topped with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil in honor of the Queen of Italy Margherita di Savoia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Questi tre colori rappresentavano esattamente i colori della bandiera italiana o pi\u00f9 semplicemente il \u201ctricolore\u201d.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>These three colors represented exactly the colors of the Italian flag or more simply known as the &#8220;<em>tricolore<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ma torniamo a noi. In questi giorni ho preparato una pizza in \u201cteglia\u201d direttamente nel forno, preparando anche l\u2019impasto.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>But let&#8217;s get back to us. In these days I have prepared a pizza in a &#8220;baking tray&#8221; directly in the oven, even preparing the dough.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019IMPASTO E IL CONDIMENTO &#8211; <\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The dough and the toppings\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019impasto \u00e8 la base che va messa sulla teglia che poi andr\u00e0 in forno, ed \u00e8 formato da farina, lievito di birra (che serve a far gonfiare la pasta), acqua, olio, sale.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The dough is the base that must be put on the pan which will then go into the oven, and is made up of flour, brewers yeast (which is used to make the dough rise), water, oil, salt.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una volta preparato l\u2019impasto va lasciato \u201criposare\u201d un po\u2019, di modo tale che possa lievitare, cio\u00e8 crescere e gonfiarsi. Una volta lievitata la pasta va stesa sulla teglia e si passa al condimento, cio\u00e8 la salsa che si mette sopra: passata di pomodoro, mozzarella (mettetela in piccoli pezzi), olio e il basilico.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Once the dough is prepared, it should be left to &#8220;rest&#8221; for a while, so that it can rise, that is, grow and swell. Once the dough has risen, it should be spread on the baking tray and then comes the condiments, i.e. the sauce to be put on top: pureed tomatoes, mozzarella (in small pieces), oil, and basil.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Qui potete sbizzarrirvi e aggiungere ingredienti per renderla pi\u00f9 saporita: salsiccia, acciughe, formaggio etc etc.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Here you can let loose and add ingredients to make it tastier: sausage, anchovies, cheese etc etc.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Non scordatevi quando mettete la salsa di lasciare lo spazio per la crosta!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to leave room for the crust when you put the sauce on top!<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dopodich\u00e9 infornate\u2026et voil\u00e0, il risultato non vi lascer\u00e0 delusi: una gustosa pizza homemade soffice e allo stesso tempo croccante!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Then bake &#8230; and voila, the result will not leave you disappointed: a tasty homemade pizza that is soft and crisp at the same time!<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Da mangiare rigorosamente bevendo una birra fredda.
