Come state?\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Oggi voglio parlare di un tema che sta molto a cuore a molti italiani credenti, visto che ci stiamo avvicinando alla Pasqua. Ricordate che in Italia l\u2019influenza della religione \u00e8 molto forte, visto che il Papa ha sede proprio in Citt\u00e0 del Vaticano.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Today I want to talk about a theme that is very dear to many Italian believers, seeing as we are getting close to Easter. Remember that in Italy the influence of religion is very strong, given that the Pope is based precisely in Vatican City.<\/p>\n

Per i fedeli (cos\u00ec si chiamano i cristiani praticanti) la Pasqua, che rappresenta la resurrezione di Ges\u00f9, ha una valenza addirittura pi\u00f9 grande rispetto al Natale.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

For the faithful (as practicing Christians are called) Easter, which represents the resurrection of Jesus, has an even greater significance than Christmas.<\/p>\n

Oggi in Italia si festeggia Venerd\u00ec Santo, noto anche come giorno della Croce, e normalmente in molte chiese italiane si celebrerebbe la Via Crucis, cio\u00e8 la Via della Croce, il percorso che ricorda la strada fatta da Ges\u00f9 Cristo prima di essere crocifisso.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Today in Italy we celebrate Good Friday, also know as the Day of the Cross, and normally in many Italian churches we would celebrate the Via Crucis<\/em>, which is the Way of the Cross, the path that recalls the road taken by Jesus Christ before being crucified.<\/p>\n

Domenica invece la Pasqua, con il consueto pranzo per celebrare questa festa cos\u00ec importante.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Sunday however is Easter, with the usual lunch to celebrate this important holiday.<\/p>\n

Sapete quali sono i cibi che non possono mancare sulle tavole di tutti i nostri amici del Bel Paese?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Do you know what are the foods that you would be hard-pressed not to find on every table of our friends in the Bel Paese<\/em>?<\/p>\n

Nessun problema se non, vi aiuto io: l\u2019uovo al cioccolato (con dentro l\u2019immancabile sorpresa), e la colomba pasquale, condita con canditi e mandorle, una vera prelibatezza!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

No problem if not, I’ll help you: the chocolate egg (with an inevitable surprise inside), and the Easter dove, topped with candied fruit and almonds, a real treat!<\/p>\n

Un altro giorno molto importane e che sta a cuore agli italiani, soprattutto ai pi\u00f9 giovani, \u00e8 la Pasquetta che si celebrer\u00e0 Luned\u00ec, un altro giorno di festa generalmente trascorso dagli italiani in un solo modo: con le grigliate tra amici e parenti!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Another very important day that is dear to the Italians, especially the younger ones, is the Pasquetta <\/em>that we celebrate Monday, another day of celebration that is spent by Italian in only one way: with barbecues between friends and relatives!<\/p>\n

Quest\u2019anno per\u00f2 sar\u00e0 molto pi\u00f9 difficile visto il periodo di proroga del lockdown: non sar\u00e0 infatti possibile unirsi come gli anni passati con i propri cari, ma state pur certi che gli italiani festeggeranno comunque alla grande, per quanto possibile, nelle rispettive case.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

This year, however, it will be much more difficult given the extension of the lockdown: it will not be possible to come together such as in years past with loved ones, but rest assured that the Italians will still celebrate big, as much as possible, in their respective homes.<\/p>\n

Auguro a tutti di trovare come sorpresa dentro l\u2019uovo la cosa pi\u00f9 importante in questo momento; un po\u2019 di spensieratezza e di normalit\u00e0.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

I wish for everyone to find the most important thing right now, like the surprise inside of the egg: a bit of light-heartedness and normality.<\/p>\n
