You may have seen that the number of COVID-19 cases are again rising in Italy, as well as most of Europe. To combat this in Italy, gyms, movie theaters, and concert halls are now closed, and bars and restaurants must close by 6 pm. There have been\u00a0manifestazioni (<\/em>protests) and some civil unrest after the restrictions were announced.<\/p>\n

The mayor of Florence, Dario Nardella, wrote this on his\u00a0Facebook\u00a0“Ci hanno fatto vivere una notte surreale, terribile e dolorosa a Firenze. Non \u00e8 cos\u00ec che si manifestano le proprie ragioni, non \u00e8 cos\u00ec che si d\u00e0 voce alla sofferenza. \u00c8 solo violenza fine a se stessa, gratuita.
