See the answers below to see how you did:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">I think they are rich. &#8211; <em>Penso che siano ricchi. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">I want you to work. &#8211; <em>Voglio che tu lavori.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">The teacher wants the students to listen. &#8211; <em>La maestra vuole che gli studenti ascoltino.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">He thinks that Caterina is wrong. &#8211;<em> Crede che Caterina abbia torto.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">We\u2019re not sure he understands. &#8211; <em>Non siamo sicuri che lui capisca.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">We doubt that she will arrive. &#8211; <em>Dubitiamo che lei arrivi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">Will you let me read? (formal) &#8211; <em>Permetti che io legga?<\/em> OR <em>Mi permitti di leggere?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">I insist that you sell these books. &#8211; <em>Insisto che tu venda questi libri.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">It\u2019s important that they speak with the teacher. &#8211; <em>E&#8217; importante che loro parlino con la maestra.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">If they had gone to Italy, they would have visited many cities. &#8211; <em>Se fossero andati in Italia, avrebbero visitato molte citt\u00e0.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"justify\">____________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>I had mentioned that the bonus was particularly challenging, because it is an improbable hypothetical sentence.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"justify\">A hypothetical sentence <em>(periodo ipotetico)<\/em> consists of two clauses. The first is a dependent clause introduced by se (if)<br \/>\nindicating a condition, a possibility, or a hypothesis.
