So, first of all, my apologies to Paul for taking <strong>cos\u00ec tanto tempo<\/strong> (such a long time. <em>Literally: so much time<\/em>) to fulfil his request.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\"><strong>Allora<\/strong> \u2026 a couple of years ago I wrote a post about <strong>tanto<\/strong>, in which I concentrated on its use to describe quantity. I also looked at similarities and differences between <strong>molto<\/strong> and <strong>tanto<\/strong>. Tanto<\/strong> meaning\u00a0<strong>comunque, in ogni caso<\/strong> (anyway\/in any case)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\"><strong>\u00e8 inutile che tu insista, perch\u00e9 tanto non ti do nulla<\/strong> = it\u2019s useless insisting, because I won\u2019t give you anything in any case<br \/>\n<strong>Laura si impegna, ma tanto a chi interessa?<\/strong> = Laura tries very hard, but who gives a damn anyway?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;color: #000000\"><strong>5.
