Well today we\u2019re going to find out with a little quiz. But firstly, let\u2019s just go over a few simple rules for pluralising in Italian:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Masculine words generally end with an \u2018o\u2019 in the singular, and an \u2018i\u2019 in the plural<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Feminine words generally end with an \u2018a\u2019 in the singular, and an \u2018e\u2019 in the plural<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Masculine and feminine words which end with an \u2018e\u2019 in the singular use an \u2018i\u2019 in the plural<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Some irregular words, particularly parts of the human body, change gender when pluralised.
