The ingredients for <strong>\u30b3\u30ed\u30c3\u30b1 <\/strong>differ by restaurant, but the most basic and commonly used ingredients include meat, potatoes, onion, salt\u00a0rolled into\u00a0oval shaped\u00a0patties.\u00a0After rolled in some flour, they are dipped in some egg yolk. Then they are rolled in some bread crumbs called <strong>\u30d1\u30f3\u3053<\/strong>. Finally they are deep fried in vegetable oil until they are brown.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3068\u3093\u30ab\u30c4<\/strong> is often mistaken for <strong>\u30b3\u30ed\u30c3\u30b1. <\/strong>The crucial difference between <strong>\u3068\u3093\u30ab\u30c4<\/strong> and <strong>\u30b3\u30ed\u30c3\u30b1 <\/strong>is that <strong>\u3068\u3093\u30ab\u30c4<\/strong> is always made of pork while <strong>\u30b3\u30ed\u30c3\u30b1 <\/strong>can be made out of chicken, pork, or beef. Variations on <strong>\u3068\u3093\u30ab\u30c4<\/strong> include <strong>\u30c1\u30b1\u30f3\u30ab\u30c4<\/strong> (made of chicken), <strong>\u30cf\u30e0\u30ab\u30c4<\/strong> (made of ham), <strong>\u304e\u3085\u3046\u30ab\u30c4<\/strong> (made of beef). When served, <strong>\u3068\u3093\u30ab\u30c4 <\/strong>is cut into long stripes and dipped in a thick black Worcestershire sauce.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"float: left\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/en\/e\/e0\/Tempura.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/><strong>\u5929\u3077\u3089<\/strong> are deep fried pieces of seafood or vegetables. The most common types of <strong>\u5929\u3077\u3089<\/strong> are shrimp, squid, crab or squash <strong>\u5929\u3077\u3089<\/strong>. First the shrimp (or squid, or crab, basically whatever you please) is fried in some batter made of water, flour and baking soda. Then they are fried in vegetable oil. <strong>\u3066\u3093\u3064\u3086<\/strong> is a dipping sauce that is commonly served with <strong>\u5929\u3077\u3089<\/strong>. <strong>\u3066\u3093\u3064\u3086 <\/strong>is made of <strong>\u3060\u3057<\/strong> (soup stock), <strong>\u307f\u308a\u3093<\/strong> (rice wine), and <strong>\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3086<\/strong> (soy sauce).<\/p>\n<p>These types of food are also commonly made at home, so I&#8217;m sure you can find some good recipes on the net.
