The following noodles are the type of noodles found almost everywhere in Japan:<\/p>\n<p>You can write an entire topic just on\u00a0<span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><strong>\u30e9\u30fc\u30e1\u30f3<\/strong>. There are so many different kinds of <span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><strong>\u30e9\u30fc\u30e1\u30f3<\/strong> in Japan. The kind pictured is called <strong>\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3086<\/strong> or soy sauce flavored <span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><strong>\u30e9\u30fc\u30e1\u30f3<\/strong>.\u00a0Interestingly enough, sometimes <span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><strong>\u30e9\u30fc\u30e1\u30f3<\/strong> is spelled in katakana because <strong>\u30e9\u30fc\u30e1\u30f3<\/strong> originally came from China. While <strong>\u30e9\u30fc\u30e1\u30f3<\/strong> did come from China, the Japanese have totally made\u00a0<strong>\u30e9\u30fc\u30e1\u30f3<\/strong> their own renown versions of it in instant noodles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"float: left\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tvlesson.com\/lessonimages\/12682.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/><span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><strong>\u305d\u3070<\/strong> is a type of noodle made from buckwheat flour. The noodles are dipped in a dipping sauce called <strong>\u305d\u3070\u3064\u3086<\/strong>. Usually the noodles and the sauce come separate with perhaps a small dish of radish or <strong>\u308f\u3055\u3073<\/strong>. The radish and <strong>\u308f\u3055\u3073<\/strong> can make the soy based dipping sauce spicier. Sometimes a bit of crushed, dry\u00a0seaweed is sprinkled on top of the noodles. <strong>\u305d\u3070<\/strong> can be served both hot and cold.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"float: left\" src=\"http:\/\/www.att-japan.net\/modules\/tinyd2\/content\/img\/p_somen_006_l.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/><strong>\u305d\u3046\u3081\u3093<\/strong>\u00a0is a\u00a0thin, white noodle also dipped in a dipping sauce made of <strong>\u304b\u3064\u304a\u3076\u3057<\/strong>. <strong>\u304b\u3064\u304a\u3076\u3057<\/strong> is a skipjack tuna that has been dried and fermented into thin fish flakes. In the summer the dipping sauce is chilled with ice. The noodles are usually topped with green onions. The difference between <strong>\u305d\u3070<\/strong> and <strong>\u305d\u3081\u3093<\/strong> is that <strong>\u305d\u3081\u3093<\/strong> is made of wheat flour while <strong>\u305d\u3070<\/strong> is made of buckwheat flour.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><span class=\"t_nihongo_kanji\"><strong>\u3046\u3069\u3093<\/strong> is a thick variety of a wheat flour noodle. Depending on the region, the soup can be a heavy soy based broth or a light soy based broth. The toppings also vary by region and can include <\/span><\/span><strong>\u304b\u307e\u307c\u3053<\/strong> (processed fish slices), <strong>\u3066\u3093\u3077\u3089<\/strong> (deep fried seafood or vegetables), and green onions. Unlike <strong>\u305d\u3070<\/strong> and <strong>\u305d\u3081\u3093<\/strong>, <strong>\u3046\u3069\u3093<\/strong> noodles are not served separately with a dipping sauce.
