How about\u00a0putting the eggs to good use and making some classic egg based Japanese dishes?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u30aa\u30e0\u30e9\u30a4\u30b9<\/strong> is a Japanese style omelet. The omelet is made of a thin egg layer and underneath it is tasty fried rice with chicken. The fried rice may be flavored with <strong>\u3060\u3057<\/strong> or salt and pepper. Ketchup or demi glace sauce are the preferred condiments with <strong>\u30aa\u30e0\u30e9\u30a4\u30b9<\/strong>. Here&#8217;s a tip, don&#8217;t place the rice over the egg and try to\u00a0flip it over. I did that and it was a disaster! This dish is so simple to make. First, mix a raw egg with soy sauce. Then pour the mixture into the rice. Voila! You can also add seasame seeds and fish flakes for an extra umph. This dish is a great, recession proof meal. I noticed that some of my friends didn&#8217;t like the raw egg, but the rawness is what makes it easy to mix with the rice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/japanese\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2010\/04\/Tamagoyaki_by_jetalone.jpg\" aria-label=\"Tamagoyaki By Jetalone 150x150\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-309\" title=\"Tamagoyaki_by_jetalone\"  alt=\"\" width=\"105\" height=\"105\" \/ src=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/japanese\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2010\/04\/Tamagoyaki_by_jetalone-150x150.jpg\"><\/a><strong>\u305f\u307e\u3054\u3084\u304d<\/strong> is a rectangular egg roll. The shape of the rolls are created by these rectangular pans called <strong>\u307e\u304d\u3084\u304d\u306a\u3079<\/strong>. First an egg is cracked over the rectangular pan and some chopped green onions with salt\u00a0are sprinkled over the egg. Then the egg is rolled over until a compact, rectangular form is made. The eggs are steamed, along with ginko seeds, baby shrimp, mushrooms, green onions and either salt or <strong>\u3060\u3057<\/strong>. <strong>\u3061\u3083\u308f\u3093<\/strong> is a bowl used for tea ceremonies, and<strong> \u3080\u3057<\/strong> means &#8220;steaming&#8221;. Like the name, this dish is served in a cup-like bowl as an appetizer. Also, this &#8220;custard&#8221; can be a bit watery, kind of like a soupy-custard.
