In\u00a0western countries such as U.S., we often eat rolled sushi&#8217;s. Dragon Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, etc.. \u00a0Believe it or not in Japan, it is not so common to eat rolls. Typical sushi restaurant will have a Nigiri Zushi, \u63e1\u308a\u305a\u3057\u3001\u306b\u304e\u308a\u305a\u3057 which is a typical sushi that has fish on top of small amount of rice. This is to enjoy the true taste of each row fish in each bite. Common sushi rolls you might see at a typical Japanese sushi restaurant in Japan, would be something called &#8220;Hosomaki(\u7d30\u5dfb\u304d\u3001\u307b\u305d\u307e\u304d)&#8221;. Hosomaki has only cucumber, or only tuna inside the roll, nothing more. \u00a0I personally think that sushi roll&#8217;s are to enjoy the combination of fish and vegetables together often with different type of sauce, such as spicy sauce etc..<\/p>\n<p>In this post today, I would like to share with you the following cool video about making Sushi Rolls.
