I have covered many of the feeling related expressions of Japanese in the past, but don&#8217;t think I have covered this one. When you are feeling so stressed out&#8230; \u00a0what are the expression you can use in Japanese? Not the ideal subject maybe, but you might hear someone say one of theses around you&#8230;! Never enough when it comes to learning expression in a foreign language, as you can always learn something new, so read on ~.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stress in Japanese is the same as in English. We say it &#8220;stress&#8221; too, in writing, it is written as &#8220;\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9&#8221; in Katakana.<\/p>\n<p>When you are so stressed out, you might say&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I am super stressed out. or I am so stressed out&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In Japanese, these will be,<\/p>\n<p>\u3059\u3063\u3054\u304f\uff08\u3059\u3054\u304f\uff09\u3000\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9\u3000\u305f\u307e\u3063\u3066\u308b\u3002\u3000\u3081\u3063\u3061\u3083\u3000\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9\u3000\u305f\u307e\u3063\u3066\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Suggoku (Sugoku) stress tamatteru. \u00a0Meccha storesu tamatteru.<\/p>\n<p>The expression, &#8220;stressed out&#8221; is translated as &#8220;stress ga tamaru(\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9\u3000\u304c\u3000\u305f\u307e\u308b), stress ga tamatteiru(\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9\u3000\u304c\u3000\u305f\u307e\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b)&#8221; in Japanese.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So, if you are asking someone if he\/she is stressed out,<\/p>\n<p>Are you stressed out? =&gt; Stress tamatteru? (\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9\u3000\u305f\u307e\u3063\u3066\u308b\uff1f) Stress tamatte masuka? (\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9\u3000\u305f\u307e\u3063\u3066\u307e\u3059\u304b\uff1f)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We also use the expression &#8221; Stress reduction&#8221; quite often in Japanese.<\/p>\n<p>We call it &#8220;Stress Kaisho (\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9\u3000\u89e3\u6d88\u3001\u3000\u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30b9\u3000\u304b\u3044\u3057\u3087\u3046)<\/p>\n<p>You often hear people say,<\/p>\n<p>I will go to the gym tomorrow to reduce my stress. ==&gt; this will be translated as<\/p>\n<p>==&gt; Stress kaisho ni ashita gym ittekimasu.
