Korea, pronounced as Hanguk in South Korean and Chos\u014fn in North Korean, is an East Asian territory that is divided into two distinct sovereign states, North Korea and South Korea.\u00a0 Korean has about 4,500 years history and about 75 million populations.\u00a0 There are many great men in Korea historically, but Admiral Yi Sun-shin is the most popular great man in Korea.<\/p>\n

He is well-respected for his exemplary conduct on and off the battlefield not only by Korean nations, but by Japanese Admirals too. Military historians have compared his naval genius to that of Admiral Horatio Nelson.
